專班辦學目標：

建立外國學生產學合作專班課程規劃與職類實務實習導向結合，讓專班學生在學校所學與企業接軌，以營造學生在台灣或其母國職場競爭力。
Establish a special class for foreign students’ production-study cooperation curriculum planning and combine it with a professional practical internship orientation to connect what students in the special class learn in school with enterprises, so as to create students’ competitiveness in the workplace in Taiwan or their home country.

學生能力的培養：
Cultivation of students’ abilities：
本系對於學生能力的培養，主要是透過適當的課程規劃與設計個別課程授課內容，擬定該課程應達成之能力指標。在實際運作上， 於每學期開學前，各科目授課教師應撰寫課程大綱與全學期每週教學內容、課程訓練學生需達成之能力指標等， 並公告在學習網站，供學生學期開始前參考，開學前學生即可取得課程教學大綱及教學內容。此外，本系積極規劃與整合教學相關軟硬體資源， 設立學習型教學助理，協助教師進行教學準備，強化補救學習教學，希望藉由同儕或學長姊的力量，提高並增進學生的學習興趣。針對學習困難的基礎課程及專業課程實施補救教學。
This department cultivates students' abilities mainly through appropriate course planning and design of individual course teaching content, and formulates the ability indicators that the course should achieve. In actual operation, Before the start of each semester, teachers of each subject should write a course syllabus and weekly teaching content for the entire semester, as well as the ability indicators that students need to achieve during course training, etc. It is also announced on the learning website for students’ reference before the start of the semester. Students can obtain the course syllabus and teaching content before the start of the semester. In addition, the department actively plans and integrates teaching-related software and hardware resources. Establish learning teaching assistants to assist teachers in teaching preparation and strengthen remedial learning teaching, hoping to improve and enhance students' interest in learning through the power of peers or seniors. Implement remedial teaching for basic courses and professional courses with learning difficulties.
